Job Description:
Looking for an IT Supplier Relationship Analyst to help with day-to-day work for IT Asset Management and Supplier Relationship. Supports IT department by managing the organization's third-party suppliers to ensure efficient and effective utilization of third-party supplied services. This position is responsible for organizing and performing work
within established schedules and standards using independent judgment and managing suppliers in order to achieve maximum value of supplied services. Directly engages with third-party suppliers, measures and monitors supplier performance, and conducts remedial actions with suppliers.
Job Duties:
Monitors supplier performance.
Reviews and escalates incidents and service requests.
Performs small-scale supplier management activities.
Works with cross functional teams and suppliers to exercise fees at risk for low performing suppliers.
Regularly works with low to medium scale suppliers (less than $2.5M) to ensure the best value is achieved for the organization and remedial actions assigned to suppliers are completed.
Analyze and document supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and update contracts.
Participates in the review and evaluation of new vendors and contracts.
Develops and presents negotiation strategies and agreement summaries to various levels of management.
Maintains skills as technology and implementations evolve.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of Supplier Management experience
Experience with ITIL, IT Asset Life Cycle Management and Supply Chain Management
ITIL FOUNDATION CERTIFIED (PREFERRED)
Basic knowledge about IT Asset Management and Supplier Management
MS OFFICE 2010
SQL
